Three people were arrested Thursday in the 600 block of Perkins Lane in San Luis Obispo on charges ranging from possession and sales of methamphetamine to child endangerment.
According to a news release from San Luis Obispo police, detectives served a search warrant at the home of Joseph Hernandez, 25, John Hernandez, 53, and Erica Uc, 23.
During their search, detectives found about a half-ounce of methamphetamine “along with other evidence which indicated the sales of methamphetamine,” said the release.
Four children ages 3 to 15 years were also at the home when police arrived.

“Because of the evidence of sales of methamphetamine, and due to the extremely poor and unhealthy living conditions in the home,” according to the release, the children were turned over to the custody of the San Luis Obispo County Child Protective Services.
Joseph Hernandez was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine for sale, child endangerment and an outstanding warrant.
John Hernandez was arrested on suspicion of child endangerment and an outstanding warrant.
Uc was arrested on suspicion of child endangerment.
All three suspects were booked into County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail.
