Two brothers from Paso Robles were arrested early Wednesday morning after allegedly stabbing three men at a house near Sherwood Park.

Officers were first called to a disturbance in the 1900 block of Creston Road at 9:19 p.m., according to a news release from the Paso Robles Police Department. Someone called 911 again two minutes later to say the people involved in the disturbance had fled toward Sherwood Park.

At 9:26 p.m., someone called 911 from a home in the 100 block of Santa Ynez Avenue to say people had been stabbed. Officers went to the home and found three men with stab wounds.

The men were taken to the hospital, where they were treated for their injuries. The injuries were considered serious but not life threatening.

Officers determined all there men had been stabbed during the disturbance on Creston Road.

Twins Emiterio and Pedro Guerrero, 26, were arrested in connection with the stabbings at 2 a.m. Wednesday. They were booked into County Jail on suspicion of attempted murder.

Authorities are still investigating the motive of the stabbing.

Police "haven't ruled out the possibility the event was gang related," Lt. Ty Lewis said. "However, as of now that can't be confirmed."
