The Grover Beach Police Department announced Thursday a $1,000 reward for information about two men who stabbed a 7-Eleven clerk in the early morning hours of July 4.
The assailants are described as two Hispanic males, one about 5 foot 10 inches tall with short black hair and last seen wearing a white shirt and jeans, and another between 5 foot 5 inches and 5 foot 10 inches tall with short black hair and wearing a dark blue shirt and jeans.
The clerk was stabbed in the leg and his necklace stolen by the men as he took out garbage behind the building.
A reward of $1,000 is being offered by Crime Stoppers for information that leads to the conviction of the two men. Crime Stoppers can be reached at 549-STOP.
