10 a.m., opening ceremonies, with the Legion post color guard and Sarah Smith singing the National Anthem.
Concessions, including hot dogs, hamburgers, smoothies and other beverages open all day. Raffle tickets sold and prizes awarded all day.
11 a.m. Children’s games begin.

1 p.m., Waiter/Waitress Race
1 p.m., live music and dancing begins with The Mystics, DJ’d by George Gray’s Otter Music Company, with sound mixing by Steve Crimmel of Painted Sky Studios in Harmony.
3 p.m., Linn’s Pie-Eating Contest, with 45 men, women and children vying in separate categories for prizes awarded to the fastest eaters of olallieberry-apple pies. Entry forms available at Linn’s Restaurant, Easy as Pie Café and Gourmet Goods Gift Shop. Participants can register on contest day also. Rules include: one pie, 10-minute time limit, full participation required, no hands, no utensils, and no arguing with Piemaster’s final decisions.
4 p.m., music by Blacklight Sky
6:30 p.m., music by Roughhouse
About 9 p.m., Fireworks show, launched from beach by Shamel Park.
