County supervisors have postponed to April 17 deciding how they’ll modify the regulations of short-term rentals of private homes in certain coastal neighborhoods.
After several hours of reports and public testimony Feb. 7, they gave staffers some marching orders for additional changes and research to be done, and set the April date to try again.
The existing ordinance applies to Cambria and Cayucos. The changes could expand the regulations to Los Osos and Avila Beach.
