Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems recognized Trust Automation of San Luis Obispo as one of 16 small-business suppliers, out of more than 10,000 that support Lockheed Martin, that make extraordinary contributions to the company’s products and services.
“We’re very proud of the work Trust Automation has performed for Lockheed Martin over the years, and we could not be more pleased about this latest recognition from Lockheed’s Rotary and Mission Systems, said Ty Safreno, Trust Automation CEO, in a news release. “We firmly believe that small, advanced-technology businesses like Trust will continue to play a strong supporting role in Lockheed’s success.”

Seton Hall University has announced that Beatrice Spinola of San Luis Obispo has qualified for the fall 2017 Dean’s List. Qualifications include enrolling as a full-time matriculated student with a minimum of 12 undergraduate credits, completing all courses with a GPA of 3.4 or above, and with no grades lower than “C.”
Seton Hall University is in South Orange, New Jersey.
U.S. Air Force Airman Kenneth L. Sherman graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.
The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
Sherman is the brother of Margaret Sherman and grandson of Dan and Jody Sherman of Paso Robles and nephew of Brooke and Shawn Sherman of Atascadero.
