Update 9:15 p.m.

An 85-year-old woman who was reported missing after leaving Twin Cities Community Hospital in Templeton was located when she returned to her Paso Robles home Tuesday, according to the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office.

Nancy Rogers Watt of Paso Robles was last seen leaving the hospital about 5:30 p.m. Sunday, the Sheriff’s Office stated in a news release. She was reported missing about 24 hours later.

The Sheriff’s Office says she had gone to visit her husband, who was recovering from surgery at the hospital. She was found at her home about 5:45 p.m. Tuesday.

The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating an 85-year-old Paso Robles woman who went missing after leaving Twin Cities Community Hospital in Templeton on Sunday.

Nancy Rogers Watt, who suffers from dementia-like symptoms, was last seen leaving the hospital about 5:30 p.m. to reportedly drive to her home on the 600 block of Nacimiento Lake Drive in Paso Robles.

She was reported missing about 24 hours later.

Watt was last seen driving a white 2015 Toyota Sienna minivan with a California license plate number 7RKG541, according to the Sheriff’s Office. She is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing about 150 pounds.
