Arroyo Grande City Council. Meets Tuesday. 473-5400. Presentation by Southern California Gas Co. on a pipeline safety project; provide direction on proposed projects funded through the local sales tax; presentation of annual report for the 2014 Northern Cities Management Area of the Santa Maria Groundwater Basin and status of regional recycled water projects; consider temporary ramp closure for the Brisco Road-Halcyon Road/Highway 101 project.

Atascadero City Council. Meets Tuesday. 461-5000. Downtown Parking & Business Improvement Area annual assessment; city services fee schedule; 2015-2017 operating and capital budget; options for a possible future ordinance on salary, health, welfare and retirement benefits for the mayor, City Council members, city clerk and city treasurer.

Atascadero Unified School District Board of Trustees. Meets Tuesday. 462-4200. Consider 2015-16 annual budget; employment agreement for assistant superintendent of human resources.

Morro Bay City Council. Special meeting Tuesday. 772-6200. Consider appointment to fill one vacancy on the Recreation and Parks Commission.

Nipomo Community Services District. Meets Wednesday. 929-1133. Consider ballots for the California Special District Association Board of Directors and the Special District Risk Management Authority Board of Directors.

Paso Robles Planning Commission. Meets Tuesday. 237-3888. Firestone Walker Brewing Co.’s expansion on 1400 Ramada Drive to add 9,000 square feet to an existing building for office and warehouse uses and to construct a new 55,000-square-foot warehouse with 39 parking spaces.

Pismo Beach Planning Commission. Meets Tuesday. 773-4658. Continued public hearing for permits and tentative parcel map for the demolition of existing buildings and construction of four new condominium units at 341 Stimson Ave.

San Luis Coastal Unified School District Board of Trustees. 549-1202. Update on end-of-year assessment results for kindergarten through sixth-grade students in reading, writing and mathematics; review data on district graduates and their college pursuits; discussion on Measure D and adopt project priorities.

San Luis Obispo City Council. Meets Tuesday. 781-7100. Adopt the city’s 2015-17 financial plan.

San Luis Obispo Planning Commission. Meets Wednesday. 781-7170. Presentation on water supply and drought response strategies; memo about upcoming study session on existing policies and regulations regarding energy and water conservation efforts.

Highway 154 near Santa Barbara, California, will re-open by March 6, 2019, after winter rains damaged a drainage culvert and blocked the road, Caltrans says. It has been closed due to flooding since Feb. 2.
