Surfin' Pismo Beach at Billabong's Still Frothy Surf Festival

Billabong’s Still Frothy Surf Festival took place Sunday, Sept. 28, 2014 at the Pismo Beach pier.

Organizers describe the festival as ‘a contest to fire up and motivate the youth of California to get off of their computers and video games and go surfing.’

The competition was free to kids 17 and younger. Participants received T-shirts, lunch and goodies, and got to take part in surf trivia games.
