Paso Robles police to hold orientation for community volunteers

The Paso Robles Police Department is hosting an orientation Monday for members of the public interested in participating in the department’s Community Volunteer Patrol Program.

The orientation will provide an overview of the program and the role and duties of volunteers. The event is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. in the Emergency Operations Center at the Public Safety Center, 900 Park St. in Paso Robles.

Anyone interested in volunteering is strongly encouraged to attend, as the orientation is the first step in the membership process.
