Cowboy fans can get a taste of the Old West with a visit to the 20th annual Chorro Valley Shootout running through Sunday at the range on Highway 1.
The event, hosted by the Chorro Valley Regulators, is called the largest cowboy action shooting match in the West and also serves as the Single Action Shooting Society’s Western Regional Championships. Various events occur daily and are free for the public to attend.
The group is expecting more than 350 competitors from seven states and four foreign countries.
