Arroyo Grande Planning Commission. Meets Tuesday. 473-5420. Consideration of a conditional use permit for facade modification and building expansion at 251 E. Grand Ave.

Atascadero Planning Commission. Meets Tuesday. 461-5000. Subdivide a parcel at 10380 El Camino Real to create a single-family, four-unit development. 

Cuesta College Board of Trustees. Meets Wednesday. 546-3118. Five-year capital projects plan; Cuesta Charter Academy request to lease 25 acres donated to the college by the Kiessig family. 

Grover Beach City Council. Meets today. 473-4567. Future operation and maintenance of parking assessment districts at Ramona Business Square; recommended argument in favor of Measure K-14, the general obligation bond.

Consider supporting the amended version of Assemblyman Katcho Achadjian’s water district bill, AB 2453; banning mobile medical marijuana dispensaries; options for monitoring the use of the new pickleball courts at Centennial Park; spending $19,400 in general fund reserves to search for a new Public Works director to replace Doug Monn, who retires in January; annual review of the city’s investment policy.
