A cappella quartet to perform at the Mission
Monday at 7 p.m. the St. Petersburg Men’s Ensemble from Russia returns to Mission San Miguel in concert. The powerful voices of the quartet resound in the old mission church, one of the best acoustic venues in the county. You will be delightfully entertained by their wonderful harmonies sung a cappella with energy and verve. The program includes Russian Orthodox and Western European sacred music interspersed with traditional Russian folk songs. An offering of $15 is suggested. Cash and checks will be accepted.
Letters about proposed changes to be mailed
Following two meetings to discuss county-proposed changes in zoning for San Miguel to allow more room for multiple family housing, residents in targeted areas will soon receive a letter advising them of the proposed changes. Questions may be referred to County Planner Michael Conger at email@example.com or by calling 800-834-4636, ext. 5600 (781-5600).
