San Luis Obispo County planners are hosting a public workshop next week to discuss how Templeton and San Miguel residents want their communities to develop in the future.
The discussion will be centered on what forms of development and infrastructure improvements people would like to see occur in each town.
The details will be laid out in two types of research to be presented at the meeting: an inventory of current infrastructure and services, such as water and sewer; and maps of vacant or near-empty parcels that could see future development.
For more information on the studies, visit the county’s Planning Department website, www.slocounty.ca.gov/planning, and click on “October Planning Communities Workshops.”
