A new sound system, new seats and a new ticketing system are coming this summer to the Performing Arts Center in San Luis Obispo.
Many of the improvements, which will cost a total of $2.4 million, have been planned since the venue opened 16 years ago, PAC managing director Ron Regier said.
The 1,287-seat Harman Hall is the site of the upgrades, scheduled to be completed by Sept. 23.
Harman Hall at the Performing Arts Center in San Luis Obispo sits empty without seats, but it’s only temporary while a new sound system and seats are installed.
