A 19-year-old woman was arrested Monday night on suspicion of drunken driving after she allegedly sideswiped a vehicle, then struck another vehicle, pushing it into a house.
Around 9 p.m., San Luis Obispo police were called out to the 800 block of Lincoln Street for a reported hit-and-run, according to a news release. Officers found a vehicle that had been sideswiped.
Then officers found that a vehicle had driven through a fence at Lincoln and Mission streets. The car collided with a parked vehicle, shoving it into a house, causing minor damage, according to police. No one was home at the time of the crash.
Witnesses said they saw the driver flee the scene on foot, but she was later found and detained by officers. Police identified the driver as Mia Fisher of Fresno.
