Animal Radio, a weekly pet show that is broadcast on 100 radio stations across the nation, features host Hal Abrams and executive producer Judy Francis, who both work out of their studio in Morro Bay.
On March 17 the show will air an interview with Jones, who died Wednesday of a heart attack. He was 66.
In the pre-recorded interview, Jones will talk about his horses. The show will air locally on 920 AM KVEC at 2 p.m.

“When we heard about Davy’s death, we deliberated whether or not to run the interview as scheduled,” said Abrams. “Overall consensus was that he would have wanted that way. We will tribute him!”
