A Grover Beach woman reported missing Tuesday afternoon returned to her home at 2 a.m. Wednesday, according to police. No other details were released.
Authorities are looking for a 59-year-old Grover Beach woman who was reported missing Tuesday afternoon after failing to return home from a doctor’s office.

Margaret “Peggy” Chamberlin, was last seen leaving her doctor’s office at 310 S. Halcyon St. in Arroyo Grande at approximately 3:30 p.m., said Sgt. Angelo Limon of the Grover Beach Police Department in a news release. “She failed to arrive home after her appointment.”
Because of “significant health concerns,” Limon said, “Peggy’s disappearance is of critical concern to her family.”
Police searched multiple South County locations and area hospitals, but had not located the woman by 10 p.m. Tuesday.
Chamberlin was last seen driving a silver, 2002 Saturn sedan with California license 5XJN940. The car has a Chicago Cubs sticker on the rear bumper.
She is described is 5 feet 1, 230 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes.
“If anyone has any information regarding the whereabouts of Peggy or her vehicle, please contact the Grover Beach Police Department immediately at 473-4511,” Limon said.
