The body of a Shell Beach man reported missing earlier this week was found floating in the ocean off Pismo Beach on Saturday, according to Pismo Beach Police.
No foul play is suspected in Dylan Winebrenner’s death, said police, although the cause of death has yet to be determined.
Police responded to the scene Saturday after a report came in just before noon of a body in the water 200 yards off Dinosaur Cave Park.
Winebrenner, 32, was reported missing Friday after friends found his 15-year-old dog alone on a remote section of coastline in Pismo Beach.
