One to two acres of grass burned Thursday along northbound Highway 101 behind Wood Winery at the Cuesta Grade before aircraft dropping water on the blaze put it out at 3:28 p.m., 40 minutes after it began, according to Cal Fire.
PG&E was replacing high-tension areas in the area, but Cal Fire officials are not yet certain that was the cause of the fire. The blaze remains under investigation.
