The 27th Annual Central Coast Renaissance Festival at El Chorro Regional Park on Highway 1 attempts to re-create Donneybrooke, an English Renaissance village, and takes people back to the year 1585 when Queen Elizabeth I was England’s monarch.

The festival continues today from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Prices range from $10 to $16, with kids younger than 6 free.
