1:33 a.m. June 5, 690 Dolliver St. in Pismo Beach

A man without a shirt on was dancing in the street. He then walked back toward a bar.

The broken rose

5:58 p.m. June 5, 333 Elks Lane in San Luis Obispo

A woman reportedly destroyed rose bushes by breaking the plant off at the stalk.

Cow can’t come home

10:14 a.m. June 5, 399 Lawrence St. in San Luis Obispo

A cow got out of the fence; it wasn’t thought it could find its way back in.

Deep, man

12:05 p.m. June 5, Ocean Boulevard in Pismo Beach

A man parked in a red pickup with a camper shell was acting strangely. He had been parked there about 15 minutes. He kept getting out, playing with some water in a puddle, then went back into the truck and tried to light something he was trying to smoke. An officer checked on the man, who said he was OK and said he was having a spiritual moment.

Get a room

7:55 p.m. June 5, on the beach in Pismo Beach

A couple was reportedly having sex on the north side of the pier. A person asked them to quit because he had kids. The couple gave him the finger. An officer checked on the couple, got them off the beach and cited the woman on suspicion of being drunk in public. They were turned over to sober friends.

Llama drama

1:47 p.m. June 6, 165 S. Dolliver St. in Pismo Beach

A man alleged that his female coworker spit at his feet Friday. The overspray reportedly hit him. He filed paperwork with his company. The company reviewed the tapes and said it was inconclusive.

No Louis Armstrong

9:31 a.m. June 7, 166 Los Cerros Drive in San Luis Obispo

Someone complained that the 14-year-old neighbor was practicing the trumpet.

Supermarket recliner

4:01 a.m. June 8, 1314 Madonna Road in San Luis Obispo

A woman was reportedly lying down in the middle of Spencer’s Fresh Market and wanted to talk to an officer.

Flower thief

9:37 a.m. June 8, 1347 Madonna Road in San Luis Obispo

Someone had an ongoing problem with an elderly male neighbor picking his hydrangea.

Keys, please

10 a.m. June 8, 369 Hinds Ave. in Pismo Beach

A woman was on her balcony and could hear another woman screaming for help. It was unknown where the woman was. Officers found the screaming woman, who was a housekeeper who had locked herself out on a balcony. She was let back into the residence by property managers.

4:05 a.m. June 9, 552 California Blvd. in San Luis Obispo

A woman called police to say she was a CIA agent and she was lost.

Had a look about them

10:12 p.m. June 9, 515 Dana St. in San Luis Obispo

Subjects were seen sitting on a bench, “probably” drinking and smoking marijuana, a citizen reported. Officers said there was no violation.


12:04 a.m. June 10, 1616 Costa Brava in Pismo Beach

An animal was cornered in someone’s backyard. It was unknown what type of animal it was. Officers went out and found a family of foxes.
