3:31 p.m. April 3, beach parking lot in Pismo Beach

An officer was requested at the flagpole after people were reportedly seen giving a baby hard liquor.

Not enough roadkill

6:02 p.m. April 3, Sky River RV in Pismo Beach

A vulture had been in the RV lot all afternoon, an employee on night watch said, and it was possibly sick. She was given the number to Pacific Wildlife Care.

Is she a dispatcher?

10:24 p.m. April 3, 1895 Monterey St. in San Luis Obispo

Someone called 911 and hung up. When called back, the man said he was trying to call his mom.

In what?

1:51 p.m. April 4, 111 Cuesta Drive in San Luis Obispo

Three college-age students were on a roof, “indulging.”

Nice way to spend the afternoon

3:28 p.m. April 4, 855 4th St. in Pismo Beach

A man and a woman were reportedly seen staggering outside their vehicle. The woman then is said to have urinated in public and the man got behind the wheel and they drove off.


4:33 p.m. April 4, 482 Chorro St. in San Luis Obispo

A woman on the overpass was reported waving her arms.


7:19 p.m. April 4, 842 Higuera St. in San Luis Obispo

A man reportedly walked into Bath and Body Works and exposed himself to an employee.

Way to keep it together

9:13 p.m. April 4, 491 Price St. in Pismo Beach

A man allegedly didn’t have money to pay his tab at Rosa’s Italian restaurant, an employee said. The man was wearing brand new jeans with the tags still on, which the employee felt was suspicious. The man walked out of the restaurant about 10 minutes before police were called, but had said he was staying at the Ocean Palms. An employee was able to call the hotel and get information about the man. The man was found and arrested.

7:32 a.m. April 5, 1075 Olive St. in San Luis Obispo

Homeless people were reportedly camping in the Dumpster behind the old Burger King.

False alarm

10:16 p.m. April 5, 706 Dolliver St. in Pismo Beach

A person said flames could be seen inside the Subway restaurant, and it didn’t appear anyone was inside. An officer who arrived at the scene said the fire was not at Subway, but across from it. The flames were actually coming from a barbecue.


2:32 a.m. April 6, 3500 block of Sacramento Drive in San Luis Obispo

Three men were standing in front of their garage, twirling batons with fire on the ends.

Illegal transfer

3:51 p.m. April 6, 3183 Duncan Lane in San Luis Obispo

An ex-employee allegedly transferred $29,000 out of a business account to pay off her American Express.

9:12 p.m. April 6, 481 Madonna Road in San Luis Obispo

A man at Radio Shack said he was told to call police, but he didn’t know why.

4:06 p.m. April 8, 700 South St. in San Luis Obispo

Someone was making comments to ladies.

The women’s public restroom was plugged up.
