This week’s warm fall weather — which a surfer north of Morro Rock was enjoying Monday — will give way to cooler conditions this weekend, local forecaster John Lindsey said.
Daytime high temperatures will fall to the 70s inland and 60s at the coast.
A storm system taking shape offshore could bring some light showers to the region by Sunday night, and a chance of drizzle and light showers extends into Monday.
A few computer models are hinting that another storm system could bring rain on Oct. 23, said Lindsey, a communications specialist for PG&E.
