The event, sponsored by the Los Osos Grassroots Democrats, will take place from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Los Osos Valley Community Park Red Barn, located at Los Osos Valley Road and Palisades Avenue.
Capps is running for re-election to the House of Representatives in the 22nd District.
