The family of Bryan Brady is seeking information surrounding his death in the early morning hours of July 31.
Investigators are still trying to determine why the 21-year-old Paso Robles resident was lying on the tracks about 150 feet north of 12th Street when a northbound freight train hit him about 6:30 a.m.
He was last seen outside the Crooked Kilt at 1122 Pine St. around 2 a.m., according to a statement by his parents, Don and Kasi Brady.
Anyone who witnessed or has information regarding an altercation that may have taken place in or outside the bar – or anyone with any information on his death – is urged to call Paso Robles Police Dept. His blood alcohol content and toxicology results aren’t being released since the case remains under investigation with Paso police, according to the Sheriff's Department.
