Pismo Beach City Council. 5:30 p.m., council chambers, 760 Mattie Road. On the agenda: consider submitting Pismo Beach fecal contamination source identification study final report to the state Water Resources Control Board; consider adopting the storm water management program annual report; grand jury report on use of city vehicles.

Arroyo Grande Planning Commission. 6 p.m., City Council chambers, 215 E. Branch St. On the agenda: public hearing on an amendment to the Berry Gardens Specific Plan, located at the southwest corner of East Grand Avenue and South Courtland Street, proposing to subdivide a 4.47-acre area into three lots and construct a 1,988-square-foot commercial building, a 4,535-square-foot restaurant and a 50,881-square-foot grocery store.

San Luis Obispo City Council. 7 p.m. City Council chambers, 990 Palm St. On the agenda: change the meeting time for the Planning Commission to 6 p.m. from 7 p.m.; review of steps toward annexation of the Orcutt Area; recommendation to postpone Laguna Lake dredging.

County Board of Supervisors. 9 a.m. County Government Building, 1055 Monterey St., San Luis Obispo. On the agenda: response to grand jury report about Planning Commission and subdivision review board; approving contract with Jason Giffen to become new director of planning and building; resolution supporting a program to close the “digital divide;” presentation about the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary; supporting joint land use study of Camp Roberts.
