Attempted murder suspects arrested in San Miguel

A man and woman wanted in connection with an attempted murder and armed robbery case in San Bernardino County were arrested by sheriff's deputies and CHP officers and taken into custody.

Arrested at 6:48 p.m. Saturday in a stop on northbound Highway 101 in San Miguel were Gerald Chadwell, 50, and Sharon Vickery, 51. They were booked into County Jail with bail set at $500,000 each.

They were in a Kenworth flat-bed big-rig truck when the officers pulled them over a half mile north of 10th Street in San Miguel. They were taken into custody without incident.

Information about the alleged attempted murder and robbery was not available from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department.
