Cal Fire reports that it contained a 10-acre brush fire in California Valley Sunday afternoon.
The blaze, contained shortly after 2 p.m., also burned a number of outbuildings and vehicles, Cal Fire reported.
Crews had to cut fences and summoned a helicopter and four air tankers to fight the fire.
Los Padres National Forest and Bureau of Land Managmenet firefighters also had to be called to help put out the fire, which was reported about 12:30 p.m. near Arrow Bear Trail and Cherokee Road, about four miles south of Highway 58 and two miles east of Soda Lake Road.

Crews remain on the scene mopping up two to four acres.
No information has been made available on what caused the fire.
