The space can seat 80 and features a garden patio, lunch for $7.99 and dinner for $10.99.

Jazzercise moves Templeton location

Jazzercise classes formerly held at the Legion Hall in Templeton have moved to the Jazzercise Fitness Center, which opened recently at 98 Main St. in Templeton.

The franchise is owned by instructor Melanie Mulder, 50, of Atascadero, who has 23 years of Jazzercise teaching experience. Mulder and six other instructors offer a total of more than 35 classes weekly in a 2,000-square-foot space.

Mulder said she chose to open the center in Templeton because of its central location to serve all of North County.
