UPDATE 4:38 p.m.:
Students have evacuated Bauer-Speck after an approximately two-hour lockdown.
The lockdown began after officers were alerted to a man with a gun inside a home in the 1600 block of Vine Street. One witness reportedly heard a gunshot, and police say the man destroyed the windows of the home. The San Luis Obispo Regional SWAT team is at the scene and is attempting to contact the man.

Bauer-Speck Elementary School in Paso Robles is on lockdown because of domestic dispute at a house adjacent to the school, district administrator Greig Welch said.
The incident occurred just as school was getting out, he said, around 2:15 or 2:30 p.m.
Further details on whether students and parents were ushered inside the school or what the domestic dispute entails has not yet been released.
District officials and police are now at the school.
Bauer-Speck Elementary School in Paso Robles is currently on lockdown, a Paso Robles Police Department dispatcher confirmed at 3:05 p.m.
No additional information is available at this time, she said. Police are currently at the school, located at 401 17th St.
