Man gets prison term for robbing Paso Robles pizza parlor

A 27-year-old man received a state prison sentence of 10 years today after entering a plea in the case of a robbery of a Paso Robles pizza parlor in 2008, according to the District Attorney’s Office.

Justin Thomas Rinker pleaded no contest to second-degree robbery in January after police arrested him for allegedly robbing Chubby Chandler's Pizza on Railroad Street at gunpoint about 9 p.m. on Aug. 26, 2008.
