Oceano Nursery owner Bill Bookout said that water has pooled on Highway 1 outside his business at 1311 Paso Robles St. along the community’s main drag – and that a cyclist trying to make it through the water fell multiple times and became drenched today.
“This guy is sopping,” Bookout said.
Bookout said that water has entered the front part of his property, but not the building.

The roadway hasn’t been closed outside Oceano Nursery, Bookout said, but Caltrans has signs out warning people of the flooded area.
