Two teens arrested after allegedly spray-painting graffiti in Paso Robles

Two teens were arrested Saturday night on suspicion of spray-painting graffiti on a city-owned wall in Paso Robles, police said Monday.

Officers received several phone calls reporting vandalism on South River Road near Charolais Road, police said. They arrived in time to find 19-year-old Justin Tyler Escobedo and 18-year-old Christian Matthew Escobedo walking away from the area about 10:30 p.m., according to police.

The subjects matched descriptions witnesses gave police, officials said, and two empty cans of spray paint were found that linked them to the crime.

Members of the community are encouraged to continue helping the police department solve crime by calling police at 237-6464 or Crime Stoppers at 549-STOP.
