An Atascadero man was arrested Tuesday after he allegedly sold methamphetamine, Ecstasy tablets and marijuana to an undercover police officer.
San Luis Obispo Police arrested David Anthony Perez, 42, about 5 p.m. after he tried to sell a “significant quantity” of the drugs at the Madonna Plaza shopping center in San Luis Obispo.
Perez was arrested on suspicion of three counts of felony drug possession, police said. The arrest occurred without incident.
He was taken to County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000
