On the agenda: Proposal by Mayor Ellen Beraud to ban bottled water and Styrofoam containers at city events and facilities; 10-month ban of medical marijuana dispensaries, designed to pre-empt any new ones from coming to Atascadero while permanent ban is drafted; annex West Front Village to fund new police, fire and park services for the development.
