Investigators said that Lawrence had stolen property from the RV when he was arrested, but because the crime had not yet been reported, officers were unaware of it.
A search warrant was served at Lawrence's home at 7 a.m. Friday. Stolen property from the RV was reportedly found in his home.
Lawrence was arrested on suspicion of burglary, possession of stolen property and arson and booked into County Jail.
