The north side of Morro Bay temporarily had water shut off Tuesday morning to repair a broken valve.
But water has been turned back on, as of about 8:30 a.m., according to Sam Taylor, Morro Bay’s deputy city manager.
Water was shut off for a couple of hours as crews tried to repair a broken valve that got stuck in the off position, Taylor said.
A tool from San Luis Obispo was brought in to take the section of the pipe apart and put a temporary part in place.
