Drivers should expect delays of about 10 minutes along Huasna Road, east of Arroyo Grande, while roadwork is being done in August.
The San Luis Obispo County Department of Public Works will be doing roadside shoulder repair work on Huasna Road from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 10 through Aug. 28. The work site is located about 2.5 miles south of Lopez Drive and a half-mile east of Alisos Road. Flaggers will be directing traffic.
The work will repair slopes originally damaged in the 2010-11 winter rain season. Repair costs of $325,000 are paid for under the County Road Fund, the agency said.
