French Hospital Medical Center recently appointed three new members to the hospital’s Community Board.

The newly elected Community Board officers are Sister Susan Blomstad, director of the Mission Renewal Center behind Old Mission Santa Barbara; Brad Parkinson, chief architect for the design and implementation of Global Positioning System (GPS); and Dr. Michael J.
