The app, which will be free to download, is expected to be up and running in the next couple of weeks, said Joe Falcone, Phondini’s chief executive officer and founder, in an email.
The chamber app will feature a business directory, things to do and see for visitors, links to government resources and more. It will be available on the Apple, Google and Amazon app stores.
The company has created similar apps for Laguna Beach, Half Moon Bay, Pacifica and the Hillcrest neighborhood of San Diego.

Phondini also developed the FishLine app and website that was funded in 2013 and 2014 by the Central California Joint Cable/Fisheries Liaison Committee of Morro Bay, Falcone said.
The chamber contracted with Phondini by providing $5,000 in seed money for a product package that includes a website redesign, a social media package and the app.
The chamber app’s logo includes Morro Rock, rippling waves and a skyline.
