Morro Bay High grad joins SLO office of Sacramento-based law firm

Daniel M. McElhinney has joined the San Luis Obispo office of Kronick, Moskovitz, Tiedemann & Girard as an associate attorney. He had been working at its Sacramento office.

Kronick, Moskovitz, Tiedemann & Girard is a Sacramento-based law firm with five offices throughout California, including San Luis Obispo.

McElhinney practices in the firm’s education and litigation practice groups that serve clients such as the San Luis Obispo County Office of Education and the Paso Robles Joint Unified School District, according to a news release.

McElhinney is a graduate of Morro Bay High School. He earned his degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, located in Sacramento.
