Former Paso High principal will lead Frank Mecham's campaign for county supervisor

Greig Welch, former Paso Robles High School principal, will head Paso Robles Mayor Frank Mecham’s campaign for San Luis Obispo County supervisor.

Mecham, who recently announced his bid for the supervisor’s set occupied by Harry Ovitt, has been long-time friends with Welch. In a press release, Mecham said Welch’s “close community ties, his experience with out local families, his positive can-do attitude and strong organizational skills” led Mecham to select Welch to lead his campaign.

Campaign headquarters have been set at 1245 Vine Street and a web site is under construction.
