Foulk and Ellison are neighbors in a residential housing complex and had been partying together before the incident, police said. Foulk left Ellison’s home but returned with a shovel he used to bang on Ellison’s door just prior to the alleged stabbing.
Police said they did not know what the motive for the attack was. The knife used in the stabbing was found in a vacant lot next to the homes. During a search of Foulk’s home police reportedly found drug paraphernalia.
