A cement truck has reportedly overturned in the North County, and a person inside needs to be extricated.
The accident happened at 7:40 a.m. just off Highway 46 East near Jardine and Dry Creek roads, according to the CHP Web site. Highway 46 is reportedly clear.
Reports included seeing someone trying to break one of the truck's windows with a crow bar, and someone being pulled out.
The engine was still running after the truck overturned, according to the Web site, and the tires were spinning. The truck was also leaking a lot of fluid, possibly fuel or cement.
