Three men were arrested Thursday in Atascadero after a narcotics agent allegedly arranged to buy methamphetamine from them.
During a five-month investigation into the trafficking of meth into northern San Luis Obispo County, an agent allegedly negotiated the purchase of more than a quarter-pound of the drug.
Search warrants were then served at two locations in Atascadero, which resulted in the seizure of approximately three-quarters of a pound of meth.
Benjamin Cornejo, 33, Manuel Gonzales, 40 and Jose Macias, 19, were arrested on suspicion of sales of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for sale and conspiracy to commit a felony.
