McDonald’s started testing its latest burger, the McVegan, on Wednesday. And yes, it’s exactly what it sounds like: a vegan hamburger.

But they’re not testing it in vegan-friendly California. Instead, the burger chain is only offering the McVegan in Tampere, Finland.

According to the McDonald’s website, the McVegan consists of a soybean patty with “vegan McFeast sauce” and fresh veggies.

If you’re so inclined to try it, you have to get to Tampere, where McDonald’s restaurants will offer the burger until Nov. 21. Whether the McVegan gets offered anywhere else in the world remains to be seen.
