Ringo Starr and his All-Starr Band will rock Paso Robles this fall.
The Beatles drummer will take the stage Oct. 2 at the Vina Robles Amphitheatre. He joins an entertainment lineup that includes pop crooner Tony Bennett, singer-songwriter Jackson Browne, jazz rock band Steely Dan and country acts Willie Nelson & Family and Alison Krauss and Union Station.
Starr spent about eight years as a member of legendary rock band The Beatles before launching his solo career in 1970. He’s released 18 solo studio albums, including “Postcards from Paradise,” which hits store shelves Tuesday.
A nine-time Grammy Award winner, Starr will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in April.
He’ll be backed on this tour by Steve Lukather, Richard Page, Gregg Rolie, Todd Rundgren and Gregg Bissonette.
Tickets for Starr’s Oct. 2 concert cost $96 to $125 and go on sale April 11.
