It’s “All About That Bass” this summer at the California Mid-State Fair in Paso Robles.

Pop star Meghan Trainor will perform July 22 at the Paso Robles Event Center, 2198 Riverside Ave. in Paso Robles, with opening acts Life of Dillon and Charlie Puth.

Trainor burst onto the pop scene in June 2014 with the chart-topping single “All About That Bass,” co-written with Kevin Kadish. The song, which emphasizes positive body image, spent eight weeks in the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and was nominated for two Grammy Awards.

Trainor followed up that hit with a second single from her debut album “Title,” released in January: “Lips Are Movin’.”

Tickets for Trainor’s July 22 concert are $36 to $81 and go on sale Friday.

The California Mid-State Fair runs July 22 through Aug. 2. For more information, call 800-909-FAIR (3247) or visit www.midstatefair.com.
