The Mötley Crüe and Alice Cooper concert at the Mid-State Fair will be delayed at least a couple of hours Saturday night after the musicians’ plane took off late from Seattle.
The concert was scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m. at the main Grandstand Stage. Vivian Robertson, the fair CEO, said the doors will open at 8:30 p.m. and the show will start by 10 p.m.
“We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience,” she said in making the announcement.

The heavy metal band played at the Tacoma Dome on Friday night.
Alice Cooper has been opening for Mötley Crüe during their extended Final Tour “All Bad Things Must Come To An End."
The Final Tour, which kicked off last year, is slated to wrap up in December at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
